Service hours are logged in 15 minute increments, and consume credits at a 1:1 ratio for all services completed on site (our office) and remotely (by phone or rdp). Off-site (your location) service hours include travel, logged from the moment we leave our office to the moment we return, and consume 2 credits for every 1 hour committed. **Special accommodations may apply.
Credits are used in the order in which they are received.
No exceptions! We value our time, so should you.
Service Credits are for hourly rate services, including but not limited to Design, Development, Marketing, Consulting, Research & Management of 3rd Party resources such as foreign programmers. Credits may not be used for subscription fees, product/software purchases, 3rd party fees, and/or reimbursements.
We do our very best to provide you with accurate estimates on each task. And we are pretty damn good at it. But this is not a guarantee. Some tasks run under, some tasks run over. The good news is; when the job is done, you ONLY paid for the actual time spent doing it.
Early-Bird get’s the worm! As much as we would love to provide exact response times to every task/priority received – it’s impossible to do so in this business. Here’s what you need to know: We are Finishers. This means we will finish your task, before taking on another. And it works both ways (we’ll finish other client tasks before yours). Waiting a day or two to create and/or approve your tasks – may mean the difference between 24hr turn-around time & a week!
