Non-Profit Legal Center contracted us to design a new responsive website, and migrate all of their content from Joomla. The site had become stale and was loosing page-ranking in search engines. We started by setting them up in our hosting ecosystem with SEO tools, and began tracking relevant keywords & competition. Choosing the most optimal theme framework for their business was easy. David Shakiban conducted live design sessions with Tom Wrobel to create the over-all look and feel, headers, sliders & logo. While that was going on, we used several tools to streamline the content migration from joomla, optimizing images & meta-content during the process.
Once the design was complete, with content & pages in place – the site was still looking a little flat. We encouraged the client to take the next step (beautify & optimize pages for SEO). The client agreed and the finished site is a wonderful example of how elegant and powerful a site like this can be, by taking one more step after the web design is complete.
We brought the site to life by massaging the content into clean, dynamic layout elements. This was made easy with the help of visual-composer (and a few handy plugins). Along the way, we built several content templates so the client could add new pages quickly, while maintaining consistent design. We also optimized header & meta tags for seo, implemented a live client-map, a newsletter system for drip-content marketing, booking plugin, and blog-syndication. Finally, we optimized their business profile for Local SEO and pushed it out to over 55 business directory listing services.
We are currently working with NPLC to take their web presence to the next level, with Social Marketing & integrated Small Business Ecosystem.
